Plan (Diet) options in the app

When you are using Lifesum for the first time you will start on the "Classic Dieting" Plan (Standard). But the Gold membership offers far more dieting options (Plans) to reach your goal.

There's a plan for every case:

Mood boosting, ‚ÄčEnergizing, Strengthening, Satisfying, Reduce snacking, Accelerated fat burn, Beat weight loss plateaus, Reduce sugar-dependency, Shift weight fast, Regularize blood sugar, Restore metabolism, Reduce cravings, Reduce appetite, Gain muscles, Balance hormone levels, Stabilize energy levels, Lower body fat percentage

In order to change from the standard setting to another Plan, please proceed as follows:


On the tab bar at the bottom of the app you should see an icon showing a notepad with a tick on it. Clicking on it you will show you more diet options and you should either be able to change from one plan to another or to edit settings in a plan you're already using (e.g. protein diets, 5:2).





 

In order to help our users make informed decisions and feel healthier every single day Lifesum is now offering a varied collection of Plans. Each Plan helps you achieve your specific healthy lifestyle goal beyond counting calories. All plans come with feedback to celebrate your wins and help you get back on the right track when you make mistakes, along with recipes to inspire healthier cooking.

You can currently choose between the following: 

Goal: Lose weight

  • Fat-burner: Extreme 
  • Fat-burner: Light 
  • The Energizer
  • The 2-day blaster 
  • Classic Dieting 
  • Hunger No More

Goal: Be healthy

  • No Carb 
  • The Energizer
  • The 2-day blaster 
  • Healthy: Basic
  • Food for Strength
Goal: Gain weight
  • Classic dieting 
  • Food for strength

In case you're not sure which plan to choose, we recommend that you take the Lifesum Health Test. You automatically get the test in your Diary when you start using the app. 



The Android version offers the following Diets:
 

Goal: Lose weight, Gain weight, Be Healthy
  • Standard
  • 5:2
  • High Protein
  • Ketogenic (strict, light, low carb)


Each diet offers you a description with the most important details, highlights and suggestions for food items that match.
