Creating a profile/account - going through the onboarding of the app

PLEASE NOTE: You can currently create an account in either of two ways:

1)  Create an anonymous account (you always have the option to register it with an email address, Facebook or Google account (Android) afterwards by going to the Me page (click on the icon showing a profile in the tab bar) and then selecting the option to register the account using an email address in the middle of the page)

2)  Create an account and register it with an email address, Facebook or Google account (Android)
Please note: When you register the account initially, you are not able to register a password at the same time. If you happen to log out and need a password to log in again, you can easily create a password by clicking "Forgot password" on the login page.




GOING THROUGH THE ONBOARDING:

1) On the start screen click Register
2) Choose a goal from the three options (Be Healthier, Lose Weight, Gain Weight)
3) Pick your gender
4) Set your birth date
5) Enter your height
6) Enter your current weight 


Then depending on the plan you choose you will either be forwarded to the Diary in the app and can start using Lifesum or you go through the process of entering your goal weight and selecting the time frame you'd like to reach your goal in (the milestones are automatically set by the app based on your weight, goal and time frame chosen):

7) Enter your goal weight
8) Set the time frame/calorie goal for your goal weight using the slider
(Please note that the goal is defined as five different levels you can choose from: Relaxed, Gradual, Steady, Quick and Reckless - the two latter are not recommended as losing a lot of weight too quickly is unhealthy)
9) Register your account with an email address, Facebook or Google account or continue as an anonymous user

The app will then set up your account and forward you to the start page where you can start tracking and documenting your measurements.

Please note: you can always change your personal settings under Settings/Personal Details and goal under Me/Change Goal

7) Enter your goal weight
8) Set the weight per week you'd like to lose using the slider

The app will then set up your account and forward you to the start page where you can start tracking and documenting your measurements. 

If you'd like to register your account, please go to Me (the profile icon in the tab bar), click the text at the right hand of the red exclamation mark, and follow the instructions.
