In order to just add simple calories and the name of a food item we recommend to use this function.
In the Diary tap "+" to add food for a meal and then choose the meal you would like to track. On the next page, please choose Calories to the right under the search bar. Simply add the amount of calories you had and a short description of the food item and save it.
In the Diary view, tap on the '+' button in the bottom right corner and choose a meal in the day. Then click on Simple Calories. Simply add the amount of calories you want to add and a short description of the food item and save it.
